What you are agreeing to
The Sleep Club is a recurring subscription. When you join, you authorise us to charge your payment method automatically on a repeating basis until you cancel.
Price and billing cycle
- Your first order is discounted at the introductory rate shown at checkout.
- Every order after that renews at the standard Club rate, also shown at checkout before you buy.
- Orders are billed and shipped every 30 days.
- Every Club order ships free.
The exact price of your first order and of your renewals is displayed on the product page and repeated in your order confirmation email.
Cancelling, skipping and changing
You can cancel at any time. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum number of orders.
Manage everything from your account: skip an order, change the delivery date, change the address or payment method, or cancel entirely. No phone call, no retention agent, no "are you sure?" gauntlet. You can also email hello@makemesnore.com and we'll do it for you.
Changes take effect on your next order, provided you make them before that order is charged. Once a renewal has been charged and processed we cannot stop that shipment, and it is handled under our Refund Policy like any other order.
Price changes
If we change the Club price we'll email you before it applies to your subscription, so you have the chance to cancel first.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails we'll retry it and email you. If it keeps failing we may pause or cancel your subscription.
Refunds
Subscription orders are covered by our Refund Policy, including the 30-night guarantee.
