Where we ship
United States only for now. International shipping is coming. Join the email list and you'll hear about it first.
Cost
Standard shipping is a flat $4.95. Express is available at checkout at the rate shown there.
Every Sleep Club order ships free, including your first one.
Timing
Orders are picked and packed within 1 to 2 business days. Standard delivery typically lands 3 to 7 business days after that. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing the next business day.
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather and peak periods are outside our control.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as the label is created. If tracking hasn't moved in five business days, email hello@makemesnore.com and we'll chase it. You shouldn't have to.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we'll reship it once you cover the second shipping charge.
Lost, damaged or missing
If a parcel is marked delivered but you don't have it, check with your household and neighbours first, then email us within 14 days and we'll work it out. For damaged or incorrect items, send a photo within 14 days and we'll replace or refund at our cost.
