Orders ship from the USA within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery typically lands in 3–7 business days. Free standard shipping on orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship at a flat rate calculated at checkout.
Sleep Club orders ship free every time, whatever the total.
You'll get tracking by email as soon as the label is created. If it hasn't moved in five days, email us and we'll chase it — you shouldn't have to.
The 30-night guarantee
Take it for 30 nights. If your sleep isn't better, email us within 60 days of delivery and we'll refund the order. Bottle open, half empty, we genuinely do not care. We'd rather lose the sale than gaslight you about your own sleep.
One refunded order per customer, so the guarantee stays a guarantee rather than a standing order. Club members get it too — joining doesn't cost you anything a one-time order gives you.
The Sleep Club
A bottle every 30 nights, 20% off, free shipping. Skip a month, change the delivery date, or cancel entirely from your account — no phone call, no retention agent, no "are you sure?" screen. Changes take effect on the next order as long as you make them before it's charged.
Returns and exchanges
Unopened bottles can be returned within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. For anything opened, use the guarantee above — no return shipping needed, don't mail us your capsules.
Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days once processed.
Wrong, damaged or missing
Email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace it. No forms, no runaround.
Cancelling or changing an order
Get in touch as fast as you can. If it hasn't shipped, we'll fix it. If it has, the guarantee has you covered.
